Hello and welcome to the Ace Home Inspections web-site.  My name is Seth Habben and I am the owner of Ace Home Inspections.  I do each and every inspection myself and I am a licensed Professional Inspector.  Of the three levels of inspector in Texas, Professional Inspector is the highest designation.  My TREC License number is 10075.  In addition I am also an Associate Member of the Texas Association of Real Estate Inspectors, and an Affiliate Member of the Austin Board of Realtors.

 I bring with me a wealth of knowledge and experience to every inspection I perform.  I am a second generation home inspector, and have been involved in the home inspection industry for over 10 years now.  Like most sons, I never thought I'd follow in my Father's footsteps.  Before becoming a full-time home inspector I've had some stops along the way.  My past job experiences include working in construction and demolition, cable, phone, and internet installation, and pest control.  I am a former a licensed real estate professional and I hold a current California license for termite inspection.  I beleive that these past experiences have made me a more informed and well rounded home inspector for your benefit.
